For other area numbers of Malaysia, i.e. numbers prefixed with 09, 08, 07, 06, 05, 04, you should include the area code directly to the number you’re dialing, eg. for 06-8765432, call 068765432

This facility is available for Malaysian citizens only. If you want to deceive FLEKX, you can’t because it will ask your MyKad-Malaysian Identity number, which won’t be available with you if you’re a foreigner living in Malaysia.
