Auto dialer justifies its name, and as suggested by the name, it dials calls automatically. It can easily dial about thousand of calls automatically and that too at a very good frequency. This is the best one from VOiP Online. Yes!!! It first dials the calls and then can even leave voice messages to the recipients who are available and answer the calls. It is a machine capable of multi tasking and at a time do the work of many tele callers. These workers then can utilize this time that they are able to save and use it in many other important works. It also increases the efficiency of the workers.
Auto dialers save the manual work that generally a worker spends on dialing and does not even come up with many fruitful results. These days, in such a competitive market, every second holds a lot of value, each second counts and therefore this machine provides an upper edge. Manually it is impossible to dial a thousand calls at a time, and this machine can do it easily. This gives a boost to the productivity of business.
Generally whenever any customer, contacts a BPO, they expect a very quick solution to their problems, irrelevant of the fact if that problem can be solved in the shortest time or no. Many times, it happens that it is not possible to provide a quick solution to his problems. However, this automatic dialer, solves these problems and can do all the functions that an operator performs, without ay help from them and even can transfer messages. All these things finally contribute to the enhancement of business and increase in the efficiency.
It also has one more very attractive feature. Auto dialer machines are available in many different styles, shapes and forms. This provides you a huge list of options to choose from. As per the requirements and the needs, you can easily select the one which matches you the best. This is a list of few machines that perform their work efficiently and has many different features and technology. Even these machines perform different functions. The list is as follows:
Smart auto Dialer: Smart auto dialer is a machine that is specially designed to handle personalized messages. It can efficiently, handle this domain. It is even efficient in collecting feedbacks either in touch tone or in speech.
Preview dialer: This is a machine that assists and helps in the verification of the numbers. It ensures the validity of the number before the any calls are made to the customer. This machine provides us a clear preview of the contact details of customer with whom we are about to establish a connection. This is also a very helpful agent and prevents any wrong calls and also makes the work of the callers easier.
Power dialer: this helps in establishing connections without any disturbance. It enables smooth dialing process. It provides a consistency in the process and generally comes to aid when there is a huge no. of calls that are to be made.
The technology of predictive dialers is used very commonly by the telemarketing sector so that they can enhance their outgoing calls efficiency. i.e. VOiP Online. Earlier, this was not the case and there was a lot of wastage of time on waiting to make a call and then also on waiting to answer the call. At times, the calls were even not answered and were delivered the unavailable message. Therefore there was a sheer wastage of the resources. But with this technology, only the live calls were answered while the voice calls were disconnected.
All this was done because this technology makes use of a database to dial the contacts. If the availability of the agent is 50, then around 100 calls are made. If it meets ant unanswered, busy calls then it immediately disconnects and goes on with the next call. The calls are transferred to actual persons that are the agent of the call center. Therefore it keeps the agents engaged with the customers and moreover there is no wastage of time in attending the voice calls.
If due to some reason the customer is not available at the moment, and the machine encounters a silence, then the call is automatically disconnected after a brief time. This is actually done to save the call but at times irritates the customer. Therefore in the countries like US and UK there are strict rules and regulations that are followed so as to when to disconnect the call. If the company is engaged in dropping more than 3% of the calls then they are heavily fined.
Predictive dialers are available in both hardware and software bases. Among these two the hardware based are more advanced and have more features. They can switch the calls at a faster speed, possess a better handling of the calls and therefore are even more expensive. This system has another advantage that it is an automated system. Whenever the call center agent is about to make a call, the contact details are displayed before him for a small period of time and then, this enables him to take the calls more personal and improve the communication.
The hosted dialers are the cheaper ones. The company which wants to use this setup has to have a connection to a system and a telephone line every agent. Therefore the costs are reduced which are otherwise used in the initial set up. But as these are dependent on the VOIP, the result may not be up to the mark.
MX Digital, is one of the top supplier and provides with automated dialing, and also exact dialling equipments. They also have an online service which has a healthy group of contact center systems such as the predictive, progressive dialer, email management etc.
As these hardware and software based predictive dialer solutions have emerged, the time and the resources of the call centers are effectively utilized and therefore the overall productivity is also increased. Thus Voip online is being used efficiently…

A large number of the dealers associated with the wholesale and the resale of VOIP are presently serving in the telecom sector. There is a stunning rise in the VOIP services and his can be credited to the increasing needs in the business and also non business requirements. There is a rapid globalization and this has effected and also changed the mode of communication that the people had once followed.
Now it can be within the boundary of making a few local and manual calls. Now there is an urgent requirement of a more cost efficient and quick mode of communication without any compromise in the quality of the service.
At this stage, the VOIP enters the business and it successfully gives alternatives to all the business related problems which are much cheaper and also increases the productivity. It provides different modes of communication and even better or the same voice quality. It does not focus on just a particular segment of the industry, but as an overall approach.
It is a compact and total efficiency packages that can be brought in use to any sector and improve the communication. Depending on the client specific requirements, VOIP provides specialized services to corporate and this adds to its advantages. For example, there are various services and characteristics for the contact centers by the means of which they have a chance of enhancing the margin of their profit.
There are large numbers of contact centers that are developing day by day. All of them have to deal with the enormous amount of the calls. At the same time they also aim to cut the costs and average call length. No call center is complete without the predictive dialer. There are various types of predictive dialers that may be both hardware based and software based. One such type of predictive dialer is the VoIP predictive dialer that generally uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) software for its functions. It enables the call centers to make a large number of calls at the low rates and thereby makes it possible to contact a vast number of people. It makes use of the packet switching and not the traditional circuit switching for carrying out its work of making calls. These packet switched IP networks had made it possible to make the long distance calls at the rates of local calls. This has made the cost savings enormous.
The use of predictive dialers especially the VoIP have made it possible to set up the call centers at any location without worrying about the geographic positions. Calls can be made from any place and therefore the work can be done from any place. There is just a single need; the internet should be available because these VoIP predictive dialers cannot work without the internet.
Instead of using dedicated telephony dial ups these VoIP predictive dialers use only off the shelf voice modems. These off the shelf modems are used in the combination with computers. These VoIP predictive dialers are best used to differentiate between the live voice based calls and the calls that have been made through the fax and answering machines. Using this differentiation it can then discard the engaged lines, the automated services calls, the calls that are made through answering machines. It has the Auto dial property and therefore it makes the work of the agent very easy by automatically dialing the number. It makes use of the complex algorithms and heuristics and therefore based on the calls it determine how many of them are going to be answered. Based on these calculations it decides the flow of enormous calls and distribute the work to the agents. Calls are also adjusted on the basis of the availability of the agent.
The efficiency of the Predictive dialers varies upon the fact that whether they are using hard wired logic or the software. If the software is being used then it becomes very easy to upgrade it. A VoIP predictive dialer also eliminates the need of the manual input for the agent. It allows them to handle number of multiple calls at the same time.
Thought the VoIP offers many advantages, but everything has its own drawbacks. It has suffers from the problem of unreliability. These VoIP dialers are totally dependent on the internet connection. In case the power is lost then, they are unable to function and if the size of the call center is very large then in that case there would be a large number of the idle agents. This is in turn would affect the overall cost of the call center.
By now, most of us have heard about VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and the possibility of making cheap if not free calls. Though some of us already know how this actually works, the general public has no idea on how to take advantage of VoIP systems. Basically, VoIP is done by implying internet technology to carry our voice across great distances. Here are the three most common implementations of VoIP:
PC to PC (Peer to Peer)
It might not seem to be very apparent to the common person but VoIP use is very prevalent via PC to PC connections. Almost all messenger applications like Skype, AIM, and Yahoo have their own version of a VoIP system to let their users talk to each other. Even if you do not prefer to be restricted to messenger applications, you can also find a lot of software whose sole function is VoIP. These are called “softphones”, a merger between software and phones. You can use softphones independent of messenger applications. As long as you have configured it right and your internet connection is reliable, you’re free to make phone calls to anyone who also uses VoIP. Calling to standard landlines though is a little bit complicated. You would need to subscribe to a company who switches your call to the standard phone line. Though these companies would charge you, it is quite minimal compared to the exorbitant prices that are charged to you whenever you call long distance.
ATA
The Second possible option is by using you regular telephone even if it is not digital. VoIP systems carry voice in a digital format since the internet is digital. This is achieved by attaching an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) between your traditional phone and your computer or your router. This is already a hardware solution so understandably these kinds of hardware come in VoIP packages that some companies provide. This usually means that you are already tied up to their service just like with traditional phone systems. So you better be careful in choosing the company you subscribe to since you might get slapped with hefty charges if you unsubscribe early. The general advantage of the hardware solution is the fact that it’s transparent. Meaning you don’t have to bother with anything else once you’ve got it working. You can use it just like you would use your ordinary telephone line.
IP Phone
The last option is via an IP phone. This is basically the equivalent of an ATA with a phone attached to it already. Though there seems to be no difference compared to just using an ATA, an IP phone captures voice signals in digital form already so there is no need for hardware that converts analog signals to digital signals. It might appear neater and sleeker compared to an ATA and regular phone combo but the disadvantage is that you are basically stuck with that phone since it’s a compact whole. IP phones have a connector that is the same as a LAN cable. This plugs directly to your router for transparent connections.
Most of us know what VoIP is, or Voice over Internet Protocol, though not exactly how it does what it does. But we do know what it gives to us, very cheap calls regardless of the distance. This is the driving force behind the rapid expansion of VoIP services. A lot of families who live great distances apart have acquired their own VoIP systems to constantly keep in touch without paying the exorbitant bills that long distance calls are usually associated with. VoIP does this by digitizing the analog voice signals and cutting it into packets before sending it across the internet to the other end where it is then put back together into its digital form then the signal gets played back into a headset or speaker as an analog signal. Pretty simple isn’t it? But problems arise when the computers that are running don’t have the necessary components do the steps in this process.
Before I discuss all of the technical matters, you must keep in mind that this is only for VoIP related computer problems. When using hardware based VoIP packages like ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) or IP Phones, those devices are not affected with these kinds of problems since all the needed software is already preloaded into the device itself and problems experienced with these devices are not related to codec and drivers. Or even if the problem with a hardware device is actually its codecs, you can’t do anything about it anyway so your best recourse would be to bring it back to where you bought it.
There are a lot of files and components in a computer that make it work flawlessly. Whenever some parts are missing, a computer could either not work at all or lose some of its functionality. Though hardware problems are quite common, the problem with VoIP is usually a software related issue. When you speak into the microphone of your computer, sound travels to the sound card where it is converted into a digital signal, if your sound card doesn’t have the proper or updated drivers, it could sometimes fail to do this resulting in no sound at all. The best course of action when this happens is to check with your manufacturers website to see if they have released new drivers to fix or to add functionality to their devices. If the drivers you have are the most recent, you can try reinstalling it to replace certain files that could be missing.
Codecs on the other hand are the pieces of software that holds protocols in how to compress and store your digital voice signals so that it can be sent across the internet. If your sound card works but you still can’t use VoIP, then you should try to update your codecs using the Windows Update Program. You should also check if you do have divX installed since it also contains some codecs that your VoIP software might need. If it isn’t there, you can visit their site and download a free copy so that you can use your VoIP again.
